LAX United Airlines Terminal 7 & 8 Redevelopment

Complete renovation & expansion of United Airlines Terminal 7 & 8 at LAX. The redevelopment included all new infrastructure for the terminal including restrooms, food service, grease system, storm drain systems, and a 4th story addition for a new VIP club. All work was phased to allow the terminal to continue operation during construction. The project was fully BIM coordinated between all disciplines. The project duration was 37 months.
